Development of Pre-Functional and Functional Performance Test Procedures
Support and/or lead MEP coordination
Perform onsite testing for mechanical and electrical systems
Provide a final report which includes commissioning plan, meeting minutes and site notes, design review comments, completed testing procedures, trending, Testing and Balancing verification, and LEED documentation
Review as-built drawings and original construction documents
Site inspection
Develop testing procedures to include:
Building envelope
Air and water actual
Equipment integrity and maintenance
Sequence of operation for systems and equipment
Equipment performance
Infrared thermography study
Power quality survey
Provide a final report which includes results of testing, itemized list of deficiencies, recommendation for corrective actions and future energy projects
