As a team, CxAnalytics brings more than 50 years of experience in engineering, commissioning, and construction management. Our commissioning authorities have a broad range of experience including design engineering, construction management, maintenance program development, technical/operational training, quality assurance supervision and inspection, and energy management/cost reduction. The diversity of our team’s background as well as the leadership of a professional engineer strongly enhances the quality of our services. We believe that the commissioning process should meet a high standard with only qualified professionals performing the services. Staffing
Chuck Rushby, PE and certified commissioning authority, oversees the CxAnalytics team. With over 14 years of engineering, commissioning, and project management experience, Mr. Rushby has a broad scope of expertise in the commissioning field. Mr. Rushby has an extensive design engineering background which includes HVAC systems, manufacturing process, and central utility design. His specialized experience is in mechanical engineering, LEED certification, energy management, and construction management. Following Hurricane Isabel, Mr. Rushby was the lead project manager on the hurricane recovery project at Langley Air Force Base.
Roger Hunt, certified commissioning authority, brings 21 years of comprehensive experience in the engineering and construction industry. His background includes development and implementation of facility and process technical training and maintenance programs for industrial and facility operations in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Hunt has experience as a project manager in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and transportation industries and has implemented programs to improve facility operations, reduce costs, and improve safety.
Keith Doop provides our team with over 18 years of utility plant operation, maintenance, and project management experience. Mr. Doop’s background includes construction management of critical data centers, maintenance program development, technical/operational training, and Q/A supervision and inspection of propulsion plants onboard an aircraft carrier. His work with critical facilities and onboard propulsion plants required the project management skills needed to maintain constant uptime while upgrades or construction was in progress.
Kirk Forsythe, Commissioning Specialist, has 21 years of experience in operations, training, and testing of mechanical and electrical systems. Mr. Forsythe has worked as a commissioning specialist on LEED certified military training and operations facilities, educational institutions, a military confinement facility and a weapons manufacturing facility. His military background includes positions as Quality Assurance Supervisor for the U. S. Navy Submarine Quality Assurance Program, Chief Engineer on multiple classes of U.S. Army vessels, and principle staff officer of the battalion vessel maintenance training program.
Richard Boyles, Commissioning Specialist, has 30 years of experience as a project and operations manager working with the design and installation of DDC control systems. Mr. Boyles has managed projects on circuit board manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, and laboratories (BSL-3). He has assisted with the design and commissioning of building automation system controls associated with a class 10 Clean Room and BSL-3 laboratories. This past experience with oversight of design, installation and commissioning of complex controls systems makes Mr. Boyles a valuable part of our team.
